WE DO NOT REPAIR POST 1940 CUCKOO OR 400 DAY (Anniversary) CLOCKS; however we do repair and restore early 1900's models of these clocks.

Like other clock manufacturers of the era, the Ingraham Company introduced pocket watches to their inventory in 1913, eight-day lever-movement clocks in 1915, and electric clocks in the 1930s. However, some clocks were made during the war in the plant they opened in Toronto, Canada in 1941.Many of his cases utilized an unusual figure "8" door design for which he had received a patent in 1857.Rosewood veneered case models with names such as "Doric", "Venetian", and "Ionic" were often made in several sizes and held their popularity with the public for many years.There are so many styles and types of clocks, made by so many clock makers and from so many countries, that I was totally lost. I’m still a long way from knowing everything though.I have concentrated on the American clock companies for my collection, so there is much for me to learn about clocks from outside the US. Ingraham & Company was formed in 1860, succeeding several earlier clock-manufacturing firms in which casemaker Elias Ingraham had been involved, notably Brewster & Ingrahams (1843-1852), E. Ingrahams (1852-1856) and Elias Ingraham & Company (1857-1860).
